The problem

Member businesses live and die on two numbers: how full the schedule is, and how many members quietly leave. The legacy platforms charge a per-member tax to manage both, bury the front desk in software built in another decade, and do nothing at all when a member emails at 11pm to cancel tomorrow's tee time.

Owners told us the same story every time: they were paying more as they grew, and the software still couldn't answer the phone.

What we built

Cinch is member management at a flat monthly price — booking for tee sheets, courts, and classes, payments running on the operator's own Stripe account, a member app with check-in and household management, and retention tooling that flags at-risk members before they walk.

The headline act is the AI concierge: it books appointments, moves reservations, and runs cancellation-save flows with member confirmation, around the clock. The 11pm email gets answered at 11:01. The front desk finds out in the morning.

The newest module is ShiftHQ, our staffing command center — because the schedule on the wall deserves the same treatment the tee sheet got.

Flat price. Your own Stripe. A concierge that never sleeps. That's the whole pitch.

Where it stands

Cinch is in production at real facilities today — gyms, golf, climbing — with white-label member portals under each operator's own brand. It's the busiest product in the Walkthru Labs family and the clearest proof of the thesis: one system, the whole operation.
