The problem

Monterey Bay Door installs and services commercial doors across California's central coast. Great crew, decades of work, and a website doing none of it justice — slow, dated, invisible in local search. Leads arrived by phone tag, and nothing about the business's actual quality showed up when a facilities manager googled "commercial door company near me."

What we built

First the front door: a fast, schema-rich static site that loads instantly and reads like the company deserves. Then the parts a brochure can't do — a lead portal where every inquiry lands tracked and answerable, and a weekly automation loop that publishes fresh, local, search-optimized content and posts to the company's Google Business Profile on schedule.

That last part is the Walkthru Labs signature: nobody at the company has to remember to do it. The site markets itself while they hang doors.

The website went from a thing they had to a thing that works for them, every single week.

Where it stands

Live at mbdoor.com. Leads flow to a portal the team actually checks, and the weekly content and Google Business posts have run on autopilot since launch. This engagement is the template for how we treat service businesses: build the site, then wire the machine behind it.
