The challenge
In February 2026 the old site ran on a WordPress template. It had no dedicated service pages, no court designer and no quote tool. Semrush US showed 68 ranking keywords in January 2026.
Utah court searches are small but specific. Terms like "sport court utah" and "pickleball court contractors utah" run 30 to 70 searches a month. Local competitors such as Courts Unlimited and Utah Court Surfacing already held them.

Keyword research
Before we write a page, we find the searches that bring Precision Pro Courts work. These are the terms from our research, with the monthly search volume, how hard each one is to rank for, and what an ad click costs.

The plan
Research
We pulled Semrush data on seven local court builders in February 2026 and mapped the service and county terms worth owning.
Rebuild
We rebuilt the site in Eleventy with their real photos, logo and reviews. Old WordPress URLs redirect to the new pages.
Local pages
We added service subpages and one page per county they serve, plus a Las Vegas page.
Tools
We built a 2D court designer in their coating palette, then a 3D version with lights, hoops, nets and fencing.
Upkeep
We add project photos as Sam sends them and keep the phone number and review count in step with the Google listing.

What we built
- Static site
- 30 URLs in the sitemap, built with Eleventy and deployed on every push. Old WordPress URLs redirect to their new pages.
- County pages
- Pages for Utah, Salt Lake, Davis, Weber and Washington counties, plus Las Vegas.
- Court designer
- Customers pick a sport, paint the court in real coating colors and add a net, hoops, fencing, lights or a rebound wall.
- 3D court designer
- A three.js court with orbit, camera presets and a day and night toggle. It exports a watermarked image.
- Quote flow
- A designer quote request emails the team the full spec with the rendered court attached.
- Jobber form
- The contact page embeds their Jobber work request form, so leads land in the CRM they already use.
- Project gallery
- 75 project photos with WebP thumbnails and a lazy-loading lightbox.
- Analytics
- GA4 on two properties, with events for form sends, phone taps and email clicks.
